  • Memastikan barangan disusun dengan betul mengikut arahan atau sistem penyimpanan.
  • Menjalankan kiraan stok bulanan dan memastikan semua item diurus dengan tepat.
  • Menjaga keadaan forklift, termasuk penyelenggaraan asas dan melaporkan sebarang kerosakan.

  • Develop new intranet application modules and customize existing intranet applications
  • Work collaboratively with the development team for system optimization and enhancement
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs in intranet systems; provide timely technical support to users
  • Conduct in-house training sessions for end users on system usage and features
  • Manage intranet user accounts, including creation, modification and termination
  • Ensure access control and data security management for all systems and applications
  • Prepare and update IT documentation for systems, processes and configurations
  • Prepare project documentation and co-ordinate project execution and management
