What is Whistleblowing?

Whistleblowing is the act of reporting unethical, illegal, or improper conduct within an organization.
Whistleblowing aims to expose wrongdoing in order to prevent harm, ensure accountability, and maintain ethical standards. |

Who can Report?

The above list is not exhaustive and include any parties who have witnessed, observe, experienced or have knowledge of
such behaviour which involves the organization. |

What to Report?
|
You can report any unethical behaviour as following of which the list is not exhaustive: |

- Fraud, theft, embezzlement or dishonesty
- Sexual harassment/bullying
- Criminal breach of trust
- Misappropriation of assets
- Corruption/bribery
- Misuse of confidential information
- Breach of policies and/or procedures
- Giving false or misleading information
- Misuse of company’s property

- Any unlawful or illegal activities, whether criminal or breach in civil law
- Actions which can cause physical danger/harm to another person and/or can give rise to risk of damage to properties/assets
- Forgery or alteration of any documents belonging to the company/customers/or agents to the company
- Poor or unethical sales practices, including mis-selling
- Conflict of interest
- Abuse of power
- Any other similar or related irregularities
